To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone as soon as possible, providing your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
If you need to modify your tour booking, such as changing the tour date or type, please contact us in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations or interruptions in your travel plans.
Solomone Adventure Tours reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in exceptional cases or situations where it deems necessary.
